During our Management Trainee program held in 2017, We sought assistance from 361 Degrees to design and deliver an Assessment Centre to help us recruit a batch of Management Trainees to the organization.
361 Team was instrumental in developing a comprehensive assessment center that incorporated behavioral assessment methodologies and technology to asses several competencies like Analytical skills, Business maths, Business Acumen, Team working, Leadership skills and Emotional intelligence of the candidates. They provided a comprehensive report at the end of the session that helped us shortlist the most suitable candidates for our MT program. We found them as very flexible and innovative in the process
